Once you are ready to apply for your mortgage, you'll need personal documentation to qualify for the loan. There are different documents depending on your down payment and credit history. Generally the following documents will be requested:

  • Income confirmation - salary letter, pay stubs
  • Verification of down payment monies with relevant banking information
  • MLS Listing 
  • Purchase and Sale agreement
